The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in the target language, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching. Responsibilities include developing engaging lesson plans, assessing learners' progress, adapting teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles, and integrating cultural elements into instruction. The Language Trainer will also stay updated on language teaching methodologies and collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices.
